my Story
Academic + Creative Technologist + Musician
In the film extract below I have been reimagined by generative AI as a younger version of myself exploring a futuristic sci-fi city.
Priscilla is a creative technologist, character artist and musician. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Chartered IT Professional, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Fellow of the London College of Music, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training.
In addition to several degrees and PFHEA, she has a CertEd (FE), a PGCE (QTS), a PG Dip in Lifelong Learning and a PgCert LTHE. This qualifies her to teach and lead across all education and training sectors.
Her research interests include musicians and their role in the metaverse, new types of media for the metaverse, audiences in the metaverse, audience perspectives of digital asset interoperability, generative AI for the metaverse, and the impact of generative and agentic AI.
As a Creative Technologist, she draws on over three decades of lecturing and senior leadership experience in education to identify ways of supporting organisations with transitioning to metaverse and other learning technologies.
As a multidisciplinary artist, she specialises in designing avatars and characters for gaming platforms and also creates virtual reality experiences. She produces VR art, music, and pushes the boundaries of creative practice through collaborations with generative AI to produce a diverse array of artistic pieces.
